Although my background in construction spans my entire life, the true inception of T3 Construction took place in January 2017, coinciding with the birth of the Thiem triplets. This joyful milestone prompted a pivotal change in my career path, as pursuing a master's degree in teaching or spending summers at home was no longer a financially sustainable option. Fueled by the desire to provide for my growing family, I launched T3 Construction.
